Click one of the following to see before and after images of some of our Refurbished Equipment : Surgical Tables Sterilizers Anesthesia Machines Our Surgical Table Refurbishing Process : • Table is completely disassembled. • All parts are examined in detail for wear and proper function. • All parts are lubricated and reassembled. • Hydraulic lift cylinder assembly is rebuilt or replaced as needed. • Hydraulic pump is rebuilt or replaced as needed. • Hydraulic hoses and fittings are inspected and replaced as needed. • All parts are sandblasted to bare metal, where applicable. • All parts receive a primer coat, where applicable. • All parts receive 2 coats of a 3 part industrial grade paint. • Tables are furnished with new casters and floor locks. • Stainless steel components are resurfaced or replaced with new stainless* • Handles, rails and accessories are buffed or chromed. • Brand new labels are affixed. • New 2" pads are included. • All of CCMI tables are fully documented and meet or exceed the manufacturers guideline for safety. *AMSCO 2080 series surgical tables are rebuilt with new stainless steel!
